Hi guys, so excited to announce that The Daimon Brunton Quintet is alive and kicking again. As regular www.daimonbrunton.com visitors know between 1997 and 2012 The Daimon Brunton Quintet released 4 albums (3 under Newmarket Music) and completed a 12-gig national tour that covered 4 states plus the A.C.T.
Then in 2012 Daimon Brunton launched his 8-piece soul/funk/pop band Soul Cupcake and The DBQ took a backseat. Now the DBQ has a brand new lin-up (we’ll announce it soon) and brand new tunes and a two-gig feature at The Castlemaine Jazz Festival.
Stay tuned .. exciting times ahead!
